Board of Directors Dr. Pentti Kouri served as Managing Member of Invisible Hand LLC, a venture capital and business development company focusing on cutting edge wireless and Internet digital enabling technologies, and was a Managing Member of Monrepos L.L.C., an international investment firm with holdings in Internet companies. While at Monrepos L.L.C., he served as Chairman of Ztango.com Inc., a world leader in wireless Internet solutions and services. He was Chairman of Kouri Capital Group, Inc., a merchant bank specializing in investment opportunities in emerging markets and Chairman of Kouri Capital Oy, a leading merchant bank in Finland. He was Managing Partner of Quantum Fennia Partnership with George Soros, and an Advisory Director of First Boston International.
